    Persons have until Oct. 7 to register online to vote, a new option available this year. The Illinois State Board of Elections online voter registration site went live in June and by the end of August, about 5,000 persons had used the system. read more...

Illinois is currently facing monumental obstacles, particularly as pertains to the state budget. As always, I will be an advocate for integrity and fiscal responsibility in Illinois government.
